What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead discussions with cross-functional teams to understand complex business objectives and influence solution strategies
- Apply advanced analytical techniques to address medium to large-scale business problems
- Provide insight-to-action recommendations based on demographic and quantitative analyses

- Ensure effective identification, measurement, monitoring, and control of risks associated with business activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative analytics field or 4 years of related experience in statistics, mathematics, or quantitative analytics
- Minimum of 6 years of data and analytics experience or a combination of data and analytics plus progressive functional business relevant experience
- Advanced skills in mathematical and statistical techniques for data-driven decision-making
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, SQL, SAS, and BI tools
- Experience with new data sets and their incorporation into insights
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Economics/Econometrics, Applied Demography, or Population Studies
- 6 years of experience in applied demographic or population modeling
- Experience building long-range cohort or migration models predicting household relocations
- Experience with data reflecting future exposure scenarios driven by climate and population migration
- Strong communication skills for presenting analytical results to senior leaders
