We seek a highly motivated and service-minded individual to join the Kitchen team as a Demi Chef de Partie:

The Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire is a resort hotel in the countryside, just 10 minutes from the town of Fleet and Farnham and 45 minutes from London. With a varied selection of restaurants focusing on the use of local produce, banqueting for 200 and with 24 hour room service, our guests have a lovely collection to choose from.


As a Demi Pastry Chef de Partie, you will possess a confident ability to work within the Pastry section of the kitchen, understanding the creativity and attention to detail. You will work with a small team learning and developing your skills whilst having a hands-on approach to the Pastry section.


  • Experience in Pastry
  • Consistently deliver high standard of food preparation
  • Ability to prioritise different tasks and requests coupled with proven organisation skills
  • Good level of English language both spoken and written
  • Flexibility to work on a rota basis is a must
  • A passion to succeed in a fast-paced quality environment
  • Have an NVQ Level 1 & 2 Catering qualification or equivalent
  • Have a Level 2 Food Safety and Catering qualification or equivalent
