Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a similar kitchen role.
• Strong cooking techniques and food safety knowledge.
• Must be stress-resistant, team player with good physical condition.
• Good English communication skills required.
• Fire safety training and First Aid training preferred; health and kitchen safety training required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to high standards, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Set up and manage your section.
• Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and portion control.
• Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards (HACCP).
• Assist Chef de Partie and Sous Chef with daily operations.
