Job summary

Claremont Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Carlisle, PA seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to serve as Dementia Unit Manager. You will oversee the dementia unit, develop person-centered care plans, and coordinate interdisciplinary care to enhance quality of life for residents with dementia.

You will lead staff, ensure safety, and participate in quality improvement while collaborating with physicians, therapists, and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania (PA)

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to the dementia unit staff to ensure excellence and safety
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents with dementia
• Coordinate delivery of care services including medication administration and wound care
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other caregivers to promote optimal outcomes
