Claremont Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Carlisle, Pennsylvania invites a compassionate Registered Nurse Weekdays Supervisor to lead our nursing team on weekdays and ensure high-quality patient care.

You will collaborate with the Director of Nursing, develop care plans, mentor staff, and drive continuous quality improvements, while maintaining accurate records and coordinating with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing and current state licensure.
• Experience supervising nursing staff in a clinical setting.
• Ability to develop and implement care plans with a patient-first approach.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and oversight to the nursing staff during weekdays.
• Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of our patients.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care.
• Provide guidance and training to new staff members.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
• Manage and delegate tasks to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and staff performance.
