Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving in Rancho Peñasquitos is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one support for a female client living in a Memory Care community. These are immediate openings with both full-time and part-time shifts available.

You will build a trusted, consistent relationship, offering companionship, meals assistance, hydration, medication reminders, and safety supervision during day and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience with dementia and memory care preferred.
• Patient, calm, and dependable; cannot be left without support.
• Female caregivers preferred per client request.
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone for scheduling.
• Home Care Aide Registration is required.

Responsibilities

• One-on-one companionship and safety supervision.
• Support with daily living: meals, hydration, and mealtime encouragement.
• Medication reminders.
• Engage clients experiencing memory loss, confusion, or sundowning.

CAREGIVER – One-on-One Support, Memory Care (Rancho Peñasquitos) – Immediate Openings

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on‑one support for our 24/7 female client living in a Memory Care community in Rancho Peñasquitos.

Full-time and Part-time positions available.

SHIFTS AVAILABLE (pick what fits your schedule):

• 6:00 am – 2:00 pm
• 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm
• 10:00 pm – 6:00 am

ABOUT THE CLIENT:

Our client is a female senior living in a Memory Care community who needs dedicated one-on‑one support around the clock. This is a consistent, assignment-based position. You'll care for the same client each shift and become a trusted, familiar presence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• One-on‑one companionship and safety supervision
• Support with daily living: meals, mealtime encouragement, and hydration
• Medication reminders
• Redirecting and engaging clients experiencing memory loss, confusion, or sundowning
• Companionship during community activities
• Fall prevention
