Qualifications

• Must have caregiving experience with seniors, especially those with dementia.
• Ability to administer medications as prescribed and document appropriately.
• Reliable transportation and schedule flexibility, including every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (transfers, bathing, dressing, toileting, walking).
• Pass medications and provide hands-on care per individual care plans.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control procedures.
• Assess changes in residents' conditions and report to supervisor.
• Complete required documentation and charting; respond to call lights promptly.
