Qualifications

• Pass a criminal background check.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with daily living activities such as transferring in and out of bed, bathing, dressing, toileting, and walking.
• Passing medications and providing hands-on care to residents.
• Maintaining a clean environment, including light housekeeping.
• Follow safety and infection-control procedures and document care appropriately.
• Communicate changes in condition to the supervisor promptly.
• Complete all required documents and charting, and assist other team members as needed.
