Job summary

Artis Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner (CNA) for a full-time role on the 11pm–7am shift. The position requires working every other weekend and starting pay is $20 per hour.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities, documentation, and responding to emergencies, with a focus on dementia care. We offer competitive benefits (medical/dental/vision), paid holidays, PTO, 401k with match, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must possess current CNA certification (state requirements apply).
• Experience in elder care or dementia care is preferred.
• Willingness to obtain First Aid/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (grooming, hygiene, toileting, bathing, eating).
• Assist with personal and household tasks (tidying, errands, mail delivery).
• Transport residents to meals and activities as needed.
• Follow care plans and document care provided.
• Monitor residents for changes and report to clinical staff promptly.
