Job summary

Artis Senior Living is seeking Care Partners (Caregivers) to support residents in a dementia care setting. This part-time role covers 2nd shift (3-11 PM) with every-other-weekend requirements. Starting pay is $18/hour, with benefits and a focus on compassionate, person-centered care.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, document care, and respond to emergencies as part of a dedicated team devoted to honoring yesterday and celebrating today.

Qualifications

• Must possess current CNA certification as required by state.
• Must be willing to obtain and maintain First Aid/CPR certification.
• Fulfill and maintain continuing education credits as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (grooming, hygiene, bathing, toileting, eating).
• Assist with personal and household tasks, errands, and escort residents to activities.
• Transport residents to meals and programs within the community.
• Follow care plans and document care provided accurately.
• Observe residents for changes and report to clinical staff promptly.
