Project Overview

We’re seeking a Program Manager to support our AI, Compute, and Storage commodity planning team within our Infrastructure Team.

The role requires an understanding of supply chain dynamics, a strong quantitative background, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members. You will play a critical role in developing new tools for our planning team, working with internal and external stakeholders to develop new processes, and managing the planning for one or more commodities.

This role offers an opportunity to drive a crucial supply chain initiative in a dynamic environment and to significantly impact operational performance.

Overall Responsibilities

• Support the planning team in creating rack/commodity supply plans, validate supply responses from suppliers, and communicate supply commitments internally.
• Develop and utilize advanced analytics to understand shortages, identify priorities, and work with Sourcing and Operations teams to resolve supply-demand gaps.
• Work cross-functionally across our supply chain organization to ensure timely and accurate data setup in our systems.
• Utilize Oracle to manage planning processes. Collaborate with our Enterprise Products and data management teams to enhance automation, efficiency, and data accuracy.
• Create weekly/monthly KPIs and prepare reports for upper management.

Must-have Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain or related quantitative roles with an understanding of supply chain principles.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics and data management.
• Proficiency with planning tools and ERP software (Oracle, SAP, o9, Kinaxis, Anaplan, or custom solutions).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to drive partner data input and verify accuracy across multiple data sources quickly.
• Ability to synthesize data rapidly and communicate risks effectively to broader business teams.
• Experience creating communication materials for different organizational levels, from individual contributors to senior management.

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Experience in demand, supply, materials, or inventory planning.
• Technical and analytical skills, including creating dynamic models using Google Sheets/Excel and SQL.
• Experience working with cross-functional partners.

Compensation:

The estimated pay range for this position is USD $45.00/Hr - USD $50.00/Hr.
