Anduril Industries is seeking a world-class Demand & Supply Planner to own material flow from raw materials to finished goods. You will signal demand, manage inventory, and coordinate with Purchasing and Manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery with stringent quality standards.

The role requires owning complex value chains, solving operational challenges in a fast-paced environment, and supporting ERP-driven planning. Willingness to travel up to 10% and relocation to Costa Mesa, CA is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical or business field.
• 3+ years in supply chain or production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Complete ownership of a complex value chain coordinating between multiple departments to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Technical expertise including ability to read technical documentation and understanding hardware manufacturing processes.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, NetSuite, and CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Ability to relocate onsite in Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day demand signaling, ordering, and inventory for product lines.
• Identify and resolve supply issues with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams.
• Lead Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) discussions for designated product lines.
• Work with Business Development and Growth teams to align forecasts with actual demand plans.
• Report on and analyze supply and material health to inform key decisions.
• Develop and maintain processes within MRP systems and master data.
• Drive strategic initiatives towards demand shaping, advanced modeling, and inventory optimization.
