Job description

Exciting opportunity to join the rapidly growing BFY brand while making a positive difference every single day. We’re looking for a results oriented Supply & Demand Planner with 3–7 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in data analytics, demand and supply planning, and is proficient with business intelligence tools. Experience with DTC, e-commerce, and retail operations particularly within multi-location, co-manufacturing business models is highly preferred. This fully remote role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, takes full ownership of creating and improving S&OP processes, including multi-channel forecasts and is passionate about turning data into actionable insights to drive operational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze sales, ops and finance data for allocation plans and order management
• Handle complex data requests to support key business decisions
• Develop and enhance NetSuite capabilities within the Business Unit
• Build and maintain S&OP dashboards and weekly reports, including forecasting data
• Partner with sales, operation and finance teams to create a consolidated business view
• Contribute to demand/supply planning for new product launches (phase-in/phase-out)

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong data analytics skills and proficiency
• Excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively as strategic liaison and partner to cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated success in high-paced environments and best in class mindset
• Understanding of establishing and improving demand/supply planning processes
• Experience with NetSuite as it relates to Supply/Demand/Raw and Finished Goods Inventories/Financial Planning
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience required

Preferred Qualifications

• Crossfunctional leader able to bring together complex data, planning and reporting
• Skilled in data transformation and creating KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards
• Familiarity with short, mid and long term supply and demand planning with ability to interpret vital information to promote data-driven decision making
• Experience in national and international supply chain coordination and inventory analysis
