Job summary

KBR is hiring an ILS2: Demand and Provision Planner (Contingency) in Hawaii to support demand analyses, provisioning, and inventories for mission sustainment.

The role works with logistics and government partners to ensure readiness, forecast usage, and optimize stock levels for distributed operations. Contingent upon award, the position emphasizes accuracy, coordination, and continuous improvement in supply support.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business Administration or related field with 2 years of experience, or 10 years of progressive related experience; 4 years of specialized military experience can substitute for degree.
• Experience supporting inventory planning, demand forecasting, supply chain operations, logistics planning, or sustainment activities.
• Knowledge of inventory management principles, forecasting methodologies, provisioning processes, and supply chain operations.
• Experience analyzing operational data and developing reports to support planning and decision‑making.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic operational environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Conduct demand analysis, usage forecasting, and provisioning assessments to support readiness and sustainment requirements.
• Assist in identifying supply requirements, inventory replenishment needs, and stock level targets.
• Support inventory planning activities, including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and resource allocation coordination.
• Coordinate with logistics personnel, supply chain teams, and government representatives to enable timely provisioning and sustainment support.
• Prepare inventory planning reports, logistics assessments, provisioning documentation, and sustainment recommendations.
• Monitor inventory trends, consumption patterns, and forecasting data to identify shortages or excess inventory.
• Support implementation and maintenance of inventory management procedures, forecasting methodologies, and provisioning processes.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory data and planning records.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts focused on forecasting accuracy and readiness.
