Job summary

KBR, Inc. in Hawaii is seeking a Logistics Planner to provide planning, coordination and operational support for Task Order execution and mission planning across CONUS and OCONUS environments.

The role collaborates with logistics managers, mission partners and government stakeholders to refine transport, sustainment and movement plans, ensuring readiness and mission success in diverse environments. Contingent upon award of the contract.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a college or University Degree in business-related disciplines with exposure to supply chain, purchasing or logistics.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and functional teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support logistics plans, sustainment concepts, movement plans, and operational support strategies for Task 2 missions.
• Conduct logistics analyses related to transportation coordination, supply support, equipment positioning, infrastructure support and readiness.
• Coordinate logistics planning across units, government stakeholders, Forward Logistics Elements (FLEs) and supporting organizations.
• Support resource allocation planning and logistics integration to meet mission requirements efficiently.
• Assist in preparing operational reports, planning documents and readiness assessments.
• Support planning and execution activities for exercises, deployments, and contingency operations.
• Coordinate with logistics managers and mission partners to align activities.
• Monitor logistics requirements, identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
