Job summary

Nature’s Way is seeking a Senior Manager of Demand Planning to lead the Demand Planning function and partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance. You will oversee the demand planning team, standardize tools and data sources, and drive insightful forecasting and performance reporting.

The role requires a strong background in DPM for CPG, SAP experience, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives while optimizing inventory and supply plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant work experience required.
• Experience in demand planning, S&OP, and supply chain analytics.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional S&OP meetings to ensure data exchange and decisions.
• Prepare monthly S&OP reports for senior management with insights and recommendations.
• Lead development of a consensus forecast with commercial teams.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Leadership to improve tools, data sources, and templates for planning.
