Responsibilities

• Oversee the Customer Service team to ensure responsiveness and satisfaction.
• Lead the Account Management team to forecast demand and meet business goals.
• Develop and implement demand management strategies to optimize product availability.
• Recruit and mentor a high-performing team; set goals and provide feedback.
• Prepare regular reports on demand management and performance metrics.
