As Manager - Generator New Unit Project Execution you will lead a team of Project Managers and Material Logistics Specialists in Charlotte, NC, ensuring the successful construction and delivery of new generator products globally.

This role focuses on project execution leadership, team development, stakeholder management, and operational process optimization. These core areas ensure that new unit generator orders are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project Managers and Material Logistics Specialists by setting performance objectives and providing technical and professional guidance.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and internal network partners to support project execution.
• Embrace and lead the creation of visual management dashboards to compile and present key performance indicators for project execution - engineering releases, on time delivery of procured items, etc.
• Act as the primary point of contact/escalation for internal and external stakeholders of New Unit projects, ensuring satisfaction, building trust, and fostering long-term relationships through effective communication, problem-solving, and competency.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and meeting Siemens Energy expectations.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related technical field
• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in the power generation, heavy manufacturing, or energy sector
• Strong team-building, collaboration, and stakeholder influencing skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive successful outcomes.
