Made by Gather is seeking a Demand Planner to drive forecast accuracy and inventory planning across our consumer product portfolio. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Planning, Finance, and Analytics to translate data into actionable demand insights.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in demand planning for consumer products, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and experience forecasting for mass retailers like Walmart and Target.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demand planning experience in consumer products.
• Experience forecasting for mass merchants like Walmart, Target, Costco.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate data into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve demand forecasts across time horizons and channels.
• Incorporate POS data, shipment history, promotions, and market trends.
• Lead SIOP/IBP process and cross-functional alignment.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Planning, and Finance.
• Monitor KPIs and provide leadership reporting.
