Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 3+ years in demand or production planning roles within manufacturing or chemical industries.
• Experience using SAP or ERP systems for planning is required.
• Proficient in Excel with data analysis, formulas, and reporting.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3–18 month demand forecasts for assigned product portfolios.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, seasonality, and customer demand.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate insights into forecasts.
• Utilize SAP and demand planning tools to evaluate forecast accuracy.
• Present demand scenarios and adjust forecasts based on conditions.
• Monitor KPIs and identify risks affecting service, inventory, or forecast accuracy.
• Support budget reconciliation and long-term strategic planning.
• Participate in cross-functional supply chain projects and process improvements.
