Job summary

CRH Americas Building Products is seeking a skilled Demand Planning professional to align production with sales forecasts and inventory targets at our Warren, MN plant. You will work across manufacturing, distribution, and sales to create an efficient production plan for high-volume SKUs.

You will forecast demand, optimize inventory, and implement robust processes connecting Sales and Operations to unlock capacity and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in demand planning.
• Strong forecasting and inventory optimization capabilities.
• Experience communicating recommendations to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a production plan based on sales demand, forecasts, and inventory requirements to meet customer service goals.
• Develop strategic vision to improve forecasting accuracy and optimize inventory levels.
• Connect Sales and Operations to grow site network capacity.
• Analyze longer term demand to address capacity surplus or constraints.
• Perform statistical analysis of sales trends to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing on product launches, transitions, or discontinuations.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Transportation to improve order fulfillment.
• Maintain KPIs and ERP data fields driving planning.
