Job summary

SGS Consulting in Colorado Springs is seeking a Production Order Coordinator to support SAP order management and documentation workflows. You will reschedule production orders in SAP, coordinate paperwork with Document Control, and assist in building comprehensive manufacturing build books.

The role also involves collaborating with SIOP on long-range forecasting and coordinating outsourcing to third parties and sister sites, with ERP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• SAP or ERP system experience preferred.
• 4-year degree or 4+ years relevant experience.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reschedule and release production orders in SAP.
• Coordinate paperwork output with Document Control for prioritization.
• Ensure timely availability of manufacturing documentation by supporting creation of build books.
