Job summary

About the Role

The Demand Planner will be responsible to identify demand exemptions and make daily demand plan changes to enhance forecast accuracy and support weekly S&OE sessions and the monthly S&OP cycle for North America's HVAC aftermarket.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage channel (sales team) and product team demand insights by SKU/family to improve parts demand forecast

  • Review and modify daily statistical demand exceptions by SKU/family

  • Prepare demand data on select SKUs for cross-functional weekly S&OE sessions

  • Schedule working sessions with product managers, sales managers, and material planners to improve demand analysis and accuracy

  • Coordinate with demand planning leaders to elevate inclusion of multiple data sources for the consensus forecast

  • Support monthly demand S&OP with analysis and high impact product/customer insights

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 3+ years of experience forecasting SKU demand

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree

  • Strong Excel experience

  • Experience in aftermarket demand planning

  • Skill in utilizing demand planning applications

Pay Range:

$74,181 - $130,206 Annually
