Job summary

RealTruck, Inc. is seeking a Demand Planner to build cross‑functional relationships and translate data into actionable demand forecasts.

You will collaborate with Sales, Commercial Planning, Finance, and Marketing to gather insights and publish a 52‑week forecast by item and distribution center. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of planning/analytics experience, strong Excel and PowerBI skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders.

• 3+ years of related experience required.
• Strong analytical thinking and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate demand forecasts for all line items by combining statistical methods with insights from Sales, Commercial Planning, Sales Planning, Finance, and Marketing.
• Integrate customer insights, base trends, promotions, new items, and seasonal changes into the forecast to reduce working capital and maximize service levels.
• Drive forecast accuracy improvements and reduce WMAPE and biased errors.
• Maintain forecast system models, history, alerts, and data integrity to publish a 52‑week forecast by item by distribution centre.
• Provide timely analysis to Sales and Operations to ensure supply chain readiness for the demand plan.
