PGW Auto Glass is seeking a highly analytical Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain team. The Demand Planner will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate demand forecasts that support inventory optimization, customer service objectives, and overall business performance.

This role will collaborate closely with Sales, Category Management, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure demand plans reflect current market conditions, business strategies, and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets in a high SKU count environment.
• Proficiency in Excel, forecasting, and ERP software; Power BI experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate monthly demand forecasts using Oracle Fusion demand planning software.
• Develop consensus forecasts leveraging Oracle statistical model output, macroeconomic data, and market intelligence with cross-functional teams.
• Review and adjust the forecast as needed based on metrics, new product launches, market conditions, and strategy.
• Participate in monthly demand review meetings as part of the SIOP process.

PGW Auto Glass is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain team. The Demand Planner will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate demand forecasts that support inventory optimization, customer service objectives, and overall business performance. This role will collaborate closely with Sales, Category Management, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure demand plans reflect current market conditions, business strategies, and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Generate monthly demand forecasts using Oracle Fusion demand planning software.
• Develop consensus forecasts leveraging Oracle statistical model output, macroeconomic data, and market intelligence, working with sales, category management, and finance teams.
• Review and adjust the forecast as needed in response to metrics performance, new product launches, market conditions, and company strategy.
• Play an integral role in monthly demand review meetings as part of the monthly SIOP process.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This is a hybrid work environment. Team members are expected to work three days a week in the corporate office and two days a week in the home office.
