About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven, strategic Demand Generation Manager to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and sales pipeline. This role will focus on engaging our ideal customer profiles (ICP) through personalized content, digital channels, and targeted experiences to drive measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation programs including email, paid media, content syndication, events, and ABM campaigns.
- Develop segmentation and targeting strategies to engage high-intent buyers and align marketing activities with sales priorities.
- Manage the funnel from lead to Sales Accepted Lead (SAL), using testing, lead nurturing, and conversion rate optimization.
- Track and improve campaign ROI, with a focus on cost-per-lead, cost-per-opportunity, and customer acquisition cost (CAC) efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align messaging and ensure campaign success.
- Report on campaign performance and pipeline contribution using tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, and Google Analytics.
- Manage campaign budgets and use data to inform investment decisions and forecast outcomes.
Key Metrics
Success in this role will be measured by:
- Qualified Sales Pipeline: Value of marketing-sourced opportunities with validated budget, authority, need, and timing.
- Sales Accepted Leads (SALs): Leads that meet qualification criteria and are accepted by the sales team.
- Positive Brand Association: Percentage of target accounts that recognize MX as a preferred solution.
- CAC Ratio: Efficiency of marketing and sales spend in generating pipeline and revenue.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or performance marketing roles (5+ years for Senior Manager level).
- Proven success managing integrated marketing campaigns from planning through to reporting.
- Experience with marketing and sales technologies such as Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, 6sense, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, report, and optimize performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in the fintech or SaaS industry.
- Experience with ABM strategies and tools.
- Understanding of ICP development and buyer personas.
- Familiarity with lead scoring and funnel optimization best practices.
