Job summary

Progress Residential is seeking a Marketing Production Specialist to manage content syndication for lead generation. Shift starts at 5:30 AM and the role involves coordinating photo production requests and using reports to optimize processes.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills, experienced with Salesforce or similar tools, and able to work independently in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required (preference to BS/BA degree in business or related service experience)
• Highly detail oriented
• Strong organizational skills to work in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong data entry skills; able to work flexibly in a fast-changing growth company
• Salesforce, Rently, Planomatics experience is a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication; works independently with little supervision; teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Understand how digital products and services are integrated in lead generation
• Manages intake of photo production request
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement
• Manages Salesforce cases to support marketing content syndication
• Communicates with supervisor to resolve photo production issues
• Analyzes reporting to manage third party photo production vendor
• Identifies potential syndication issues and resolves them
• Assesses existing home descriptions and completes incomplete descriptions
• Leverages reports to identify and address marketing content syndication and photo production issues
