Job summary

You will partner with Replenishment Associates and Buying teams to ensure forecast accuracy, inventory efficiency and in-stock performance. Key responsibilities include collaborating with partners for demand forecasts, driving pre-season planning, and proactively communicating risks and opportunities related to item performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail merchandise planning or related field.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a focus on outcomes and solutions.
• Experience managing high-SKU, high-revenue, and/or seasonal categories.
• Ability to influence across teams using data and insights.
• Customer-first mindset and strong understanding of the retail environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and forecasting/planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Replenishment Associates and Merchant partners to create demand forecasts aligned with customer demand and financial goals.
• Drive pre-season planning with data-driven recommendations and scenario planning.
• Identify risks, opportunities and insights related to item performance and inventory health.
• Improve forecast accuracy, inventory efficiency and processes via data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
• Participate in strategy reviews to represent forecasting perspectives.
• Maintain accurate item attributes and default settings to support forecast integrity.
