Job summary

Nordstrom, Inc. seeks a Demand Forecaster to develop gross demand sales plans and optimize replenishment assortments in alignment with customer and product strategies.

You will partner with Replenishment Associates and Buying teams to ensure forecast accuracy, inventory efficiency and in-stock performance. Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail merchandise planning or related field.

• Experience managing high-SKU, high-revenue, and/or seasonal categories.
• Ability to influence across teams using data and insights.
• Customer-first mindset and strong understanding of the retail environment.

## **Job Description**The **Demand Forecaster** plays a critical role within Replenishment; responsible for creating gross demand sales plans and managing the productivity of replenishment assortments to align with customer and product strategies.
