Job summary

Kohn Pedersen Fox seeks a Senior ERP/Deltek Specialist to lead the migration from Deltek Vision to Deltek Vantagepoint, coordinating planning, design, configuration, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support.

You will partner with Finance, Project Management, Operations, and IT to define and execute migration plans, ensure data integrity, and establish governance across Finance, Accounting, and CRM. This role requires in-person work at our New York office five days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of experience with Deltek Vision and/or Deltek Vantagepoint.
• Strong understanding of project-based ERP systems and professional services workflows.
• Experience with data migration, system configuration, testing, issue resolution, and change management.
• Strong PM, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end migration from Deltek Vision to Deltek Vantagepoint.
• Define future-state workflows aligned with Vantagepoint functionality.
• Manage data migration, validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
• Oversee testing, cutover, and go-live readiness criteria.
• Develop training materials and support user adoption.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
