Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience in a project-based environment.
• Strong understanding of project accounting fundamentals including budgeting and reporting.
• Experience with Deltek for budgets, billing, revenue and reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage project accounting activities across multiple architecture and engineering projects with timely financial reporting.
• Utilize Deltek to maintain records, monitor budgets, track costs, and generate project-level reports.
• Prepare and review client invoices, including varied billing arrangements.
• Monitor budgets, labor costs, expenses, and profitability to identify variances.
