Job summary

Delta Sonic is seeking a front-line Delta Technician in Joliet, IL, to power-wash vehicles and thoroughly clean interiors. You will perform cleaning tasks, maintenance, and prep work while prioritizing customer satisfaction and safety.

The role offers an hourly pay of $16.25 and opportunities for performance-based incentives and tips where applicable. This position requires a flexible schedule and the ability to work in varied weather conditions, indoor or outdoor environments, and year-round

Responsibilities

• Front-line representative duties include power-washing vehicles prior to entry to the car wash and thorough interior vacuuming and wiping of interior components
• Perform sweeping, mopping, trash pickup, restroom cleaning, snow removal, and light maintenance as needed
• Aim for 100% customer satisfaction by meeting Delta Sonic's car quality standards
• Work in carwash and/or detail shop based on location staffing needs
• Potential to earn performance-based incentives and tips upon certification

Responsibilities

As a front-line representative of the Delta Sonic Team, Delta Technicians are responsible for power-washing vehicles prior to entering the car wash and thoroughly cleaning the interior of vehicles by vacuuming and wiping down all interior components. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: sweeping, mopping, picking up trash, cleaning restrooms, removing snow, and performing light maintenance. Delta Technicians will also have the ability to earn performance-based incentives and tips upon certification. One of the most important responsibilities for this position is to achieve 100% customer satisfaction by ensuring Delta Sonic's standards for car quality. Delta Technicians can enjoy working in the carwash and/or detail shop, depending on the location's staffing needs. The pay rate for this position is $16.25 per hour. This is a non-benefited position.
