Delta Sonic is seeking a Delta Technician to power-wash vehicles before entry into the car wash and thoroughly vacuum and wipe the interior. You will also sweep, mop, and assist with restroom cleanup, snow removal, and light maintenance as needed, always aiming for 100% customer satisfaction.
This non-benefit position offers a pay rate of $16.25 per hour, with opportunities for performance-based incentives and tips. A flexible, year-round schedule is expected to support busy operations.
Responsibilities:
As a front‑line representative of the Delta Sonic Team, Delta Technicians are responsible for power‑washing vehicles prior to entering the car wash and thoroughly cleaning the interior of vehicles by vacuuming and wiping down all interior components. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: sweeping, mopping, picking up trash, cleaning restrooms, removing snow, and performing light maintenance. Delta Technicians also have the opportunity to earn performance‑based incentives and tips upon certification. One of the most important responsibilities is to achieve 100% customer satisfaction by ensuring Delta Sonic's standards for car quality. Delta Technicians can enjoy working in the carwash and/or detail shop, depending on the location's staffing needs. The pay rate for this position is $16.25 per hour. This is a non‑benefited position.
