Responsibilities

• Champion safety culture by stopping work for hazards and promoting PPE usage.
• Improve quality by following visual standards and process documentation.
• Independently operate equipment to deliver high-precision manufacturing results.
• Coach less experienced team members and strengthen overall team capability.
