Applicants should have 3+ years in landscaping or yard operations, experience with heavy equipment, and a valid CDL. The position offers a full benefits package and a collaborative, outdoors-friendly work environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in landscaping, construction, or yard operations.
• 3+ years’ operating heavy equipment (skid loader, forklift, front loader).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving and criminal record.
• CDL is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Full mobility in upper and lower body.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain yard layout, bins, storage areas, and staging zones.
• Maintain general facility upkeep, trash, and improvement projects.
• Support infrastructure improvements and yard development.
• Assist with planning and execution of facility expansion projects.
• Manage compost, soil, and dump piles.
