Job summary

TSNE MissionWorks is seeking a Workers’ Rights Organizer to conduct outreach with NYC app delivery workers, focusing on Bangla-speaking immigrant communities. The role is based at the Williamsburg Worker Center with extensive field time, joining LDU initiatives to grow membership and advance workplace justice.

The organizer will engage workers, educate them on rights and campaigns, and support leadership development, with a flexible schedule including early mornings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly outreach to app delivery workers across NYC, focusing on Bangla-speaking communities.
• Inform workers about workplace rights and WJP campaigns to improve conditions.
• Organize one-on-one meetings and build the delivery worker membership base.
• Support leadership development and campaign planning.
• Assist with daily operations and case management related to labor rights.
