Rexel USA is hiring an EPC Warehouse Associate/Truck Driver II to join the Gexpro team in Covington, GA. The role fills customer orders, manages receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping in a safe, accurate, and productive manner.

The position involves up to 50% driving to customers or branches in a delivery van or box truck (no CDL required). DOT compliance and safety are emphasized; the successful candidate will have forklift certification and 2+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of electrical products is a plus.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and customers.
• Ability to handle basic issues and problems.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations for tasks.
• Ability to organize and prioritize job tasks and requirements.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to handle loads with a combined weight not to exceed 26,000 GVW.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and driving laws.
• Willingness to adhere to routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsabilités

• Work Hours: 8am - 5pm.
• Contribute to a safety-focused culture and environment.
• Follow SOPs, EH&S rules, and address safety concerns.
• Receive material and verify quantities against packing lists.
• Keep incoming orders stocked and report freight damage claims.
• Prepare branch orders and ensure correct items are shipped.
• Process shipment paperwork and ensure correct documentation.
• Operate forklift, reach truck, and wire cutting equipment as needed.
• Load common carrier and company vehicles.
• Inspect and perform minor maintenance on equipment.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Assist with other warehouse or branch duties as needed.
• Inspect company vehicle and complete daily reports.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and refer repairs.
• Comply with DOT and local/state driving laws.
• Ensure orders have correct materials and are undamaged before departure.
• Assist in preparing orders for delivery.
• Obtain delivery receipts and complete packing lists.
