Job summary

Rexel USA in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Driver I to fill customer orders, receive and stock materials, and deliver to customers as needed. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and productivity in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities include operating forklifts and delivery vehicles, processing shipments, and maintaining inventory.

A valid driver's license and DOT compliance are required. CDL is not needed.

Qualifications

• No experience required
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Pre-employment and annual Motor Vehicle Record review
• Must obtain medical certificate as required by law within 30 days of hire
• Knowledge of safety procedures and DOT/driving laws

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Receive, stock, stage, and ship materials per SOPs
• Operate forklift, reach truck, and other warehouse equipment
• Load and unload vehicles and prepare shipments
• Inspect and maintain branch warehouse equipment and vehicles
• Assist in training entry level truck drivers
• Maintain inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
