Job summary

Baker Distributing Company LLC in Pasadena, TX, is seeking a Driver Warehouse Associate to deliver HVAC goods to customers and support warehouse operations. You will represent Baker and ensure safe, on-time deliveries with professional customer service.

You will load/unload daily, collect invoices, assist with inventory, and maintain truck and workspace while following safety protocols. CDL is welcomed; DOT cert required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum 1-year truck driving experience.
• DOT medical certificate required prior to employment.
• DOT physical qualification standards must be met with reasonable accommodations.
• CDL license is highly desirable.
• Forklift/appliance lift experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Represent Baker Distributing Company as a leader in the industry.
• Daily loading and unloading of products for delivery to customers and/or Sales Centers.
• Collect invoices with signatures and return to Sales Center Manager.
• Assist in the Warehouse with inventory counts, picking and verifying orders.
• Maintain daily truck maintenance checklist and report in/out times.
• Adhere to safety protocols and properly operate truck and warehouse equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
