Job summary

Crawford Electric Supply in Decatur, AL is seeking a Driver-Warehouse Associate to support on-time deliveries, load handling, and customer service excellence. The role requires safe vehicle operation under DOT guidelines and hands-on warehouse duties when not delivering.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and DOT physical require adherence to Crawford standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent or higher.
• Basic math and reading comprehension required for daily operations.
• Experience with warehouse tasks and driving duties preferred.
• PIT equipment familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensures good customer relations through on-time deliveries and courteous service.
• Transport and deliver goods in a timely manner.
• Select items for orders, load, and generate ship tickets.
• Secure loads safely and verify freight counts.
• Prepare receipts and collect payments for deliveries.
• Maintain radio/phone contact for instructions and updates.
• Assist with warehouse duties and housekeeping as needed.

Skills
