Reliable Heating & Air is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate in Fayetteville, GA. This role combines warehouse duties with delivery responsibilities, requiring attention to detail and a strong commitment to safe, timely service.

You will handle receiving, storage, packing, and distributing materials, load and unload deliveries, and provide excellent customer service while adhering to safety protocols. Forklift certification will be required within one year of start date.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of applicable experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Forklift certification within one year.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs and outdoor/indoor environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and organize incoming materials.
• Examine shipments for quantity and condition; report discrepancies.
• Store materials safely and label them on shelves.
• Pack and prepare materials for daily job pulls.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles; deliver parts to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
• Follow safety regulations and company vehicle policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
