Job summary

Bay Insulation of Illinois Inc is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Van Driver to handle shipping, receiving, and driving duties. You will enter orders, verify materials, load trucks, and help ensure inventory accuracy.

A valid license is required, forklift experience a plus, ability to lift 50 lbs, and at least one year in warehouse or production. Benefits include health, retirement, PTO, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a production or warehouse environment.
• One year of verifiable driving experience within the last 5 years operating a box or straight truck.
• Minimum 6 months experience operating a forklift.
• Ability to lift materials up to 50 lbs.
• Driving duties require a valid license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Enters orders into D365 and sets up shipping.
• Pulls, stages, and loads outgoing material orders.
• Prepares materials for third-party shipping (palletizing and shrink wrapping).
• Loads and unloads trucks of products and materials.
• Verifies quality and quantity of incoming materials.
• Ensures inventory accuracy by counting materials.
• Operates forklift to move materials.
• Follows safety policies and protocols.
• Miscellaneous duties as required.
