Job summary

Bay Insulation Supply is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Van Driver to manage shipping and receiving, deliver and verify products, and document quantities. The role includes acting as a backup driver when needed and ensuring inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities include entering orders in D365, loading materials, palletizing, and loading/unloading trucks, while maintaining safety policies. A valid license and driving record are required as driving is essential.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a production or warehouse environment.
• One year of verifiable driving experience within the last 5 years operating a box or straight truck.
• A minimum of 6 months experience operating a forklift.
• Ability to lift materials up to 50 lbs.
• Driving duties require maintaining a valid license and acceptable driving record per our insurance provider.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders into D365 and set up shipping.
• Pull, stage, and load outgoing material orders.
• Prepare materials for third party shipping (palletizing and shrink wrapping).
• Load and unload trucks of products and materials.
• Verify quality and quantity of all incoming materials.
• Ensure correct inventory by verifying material counts for accuracy.
• Operate forklift to move raw materials and products.
• Follow all safety policies and protocols while performing job duties.
• Miscellaneous duties as required.
