You will drive daily performance across operations, materials, quality, and test, resolve impediments, and provide real-time visibility to leadership and customers.

As a key partner to Large Program and BU leadership, you will maintain accountability, escalate issues, and foster collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4-6 years in demand planning, operations, or supply chain in manufacturing.
• ERP systems proficiency (Oracle preferred) and data analytics using Power BI or equivalent tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams.

Responsibilities

• Factory Execution & Schedule Adherence: maintain daily build schedule and track progress against CRDs and PDs.
• Material & BOM Readiness Coordination: ensure components are available before build and resolve shortages.
• On-Site Problem Solving & Communication: capture build data, implement improvements, support new product introductions.
• Leadership & Accountability: report status daily, align with operators, planners, and engineers, own open actions.
