Responsibilities

• Completes and maintains service records, delivery documentation, and billing-related paperwork accurately and on time.
• Configures, tests, assembles, and delivers new and used medical equipment to patients.
• Supports inventory management by documenting patient equipment, specialty items, and supply orders.
• Maintains an accurate delivery activity log, including verifying and documenting recipient identification in accordance with policy and procedure.
• Safely loads, secures, transports, delivers, retrieves, and offloads medical equipment and oxygen products.
• Maintains assigned delivery vehicles in a clean, organized, safe, and operationally ready condition.
• Ensures a high level of customer service, response quality, and professionalism.
• Participates in required after-hours and on-call coverage when assigned.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job description

Responsible for safely transporting, assembling, delivering, and retrieving durable medical equipment and supplies for patients.
