Reliable Medical is seeking a Delivery Technician in Waukesha, WI to deliver, install, and service medical equipment at patient homes and healthcare facilities. You will demonstrate equipment, provide usage instructions, and ensure safety and maintenance.

This role requires reliable, detail-oriented individuals with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Applicants should have a High School diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 90 pounds.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in customer service, delivery, or a related field is preferred.
• Basic mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment up to 90 pounds at times.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and DME equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, set up, service, and retrieve durable medical equipment in patients’ homes or healthcare facilities.
• Conduct equipment demonstrations and provide instructions on proper use, maintenance, and safety.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance on equipment to ensure it is in proper working condition.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and patient records.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment in the field or coordinate repairs.
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, company personnel, and healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements regarding equipment delivery and usage.
• Handle and dispose of returned equipment following company protocols and safety guidelines.

Physical Requirements

• Capacity to work in various environmental conditions, including exposure to outdoor elements.
