Job summary

Chick-fil-A Markham & University is seeking a Delivery Team Member to reliably deliver meals with care, ensuring accuracy and quality while creating memorable guest experiences.

When not delivering, you’ll assist with Front of House tasks and restaurant operations. The role offers tips with a base pay, flexible scheduling including Sundays, and opportunities for leadership development in Little Rock.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest orders safely, accurately, and on time.
• Verify order accuracy before leaving the restaurant.
• Maintain food quality and temperature throughout each delivery.
• Provide warm, professional hospitality during every guest interaction.
• Follow all traffic laws and Chick-fil-A delivery procedures.
• Communicate effectively with guests and restaurant leadership.
• Support Front of House operations when not making deliveries.
• Assist with stocking, cleaning, order assembly, and restaurant organization.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
• Represent Chick-fil-A Markham & University with professionalism throughout the community.

As a Delivery Team Member, you'll provide that genuine hospitality beyond our restaurant by delivering meals safely, accurately, and on time while creating remarkable guest experiences. When you're not actively delivering orders, you'll support restaurant operations by assisting Front of House.
