Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a qualified professional to support fielded systems from procurement through disposal, ensuring quality and compliance across the product lifecycle. You will play a key role in sustainment, coordinating maintenance activities and governance to meet industry standards and customer requirements.

Join us at Naval Base King's Bay to schedule TMDE, develop calibration plans, participate in planning meetings, and produce leadership-ready reports.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to develop and execute coordinated maintenance schedules.
  • Proven experience as the primary liaison between cross functional teams.
  • Must be able to work in Marine Industrial environment; with the ability to climb stairs, ladders, and work in small spaces.
  • Demonstrated ability to track multiple calibration items/projects to timely completion and to produce status reports.
  • US Citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain a secret clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) in-place services with US Navy Personnel.
  • Develop in-place calibration schedules in support of US Navy fleet requirements.
  • Attend production, planning, and scheduling meetings as necessary to support Naval Base King's Bay ships.
  • Create reports and present that data to higher levels.
  • Other duties as required.

Provides product quality support in an operational environment including delivery, maintenance and modulation efforts. Interprets and provides governance to ensure full compliance with industry standards and customer regulations for specific product operations, including fielded systems from initial procurement, delivery, supply chain, reutilization and disposal. Supports the execution of the sustainment strategy across the product life cycle. Measures sustainment quality performance. Designs and analyzes inspection and testing processes, mechanisms and equipment while providing statistical analysis to determine root causes, establish corrective action, and apply strategies and/or systems designed to improve performance and productivity. Applies diagnostics and other condition-based maintenance techniques; performs product and process surveillance and collaborates with platform Users, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Sustainment to ensure quality standards are in place. Quality integrator responsible for overseeing contractual compliance with company and 3rd party operations conducting product delivery, maintenance and operations. Supports final acceptance of finished product and/or modification efforts.

Basic Qualifications

  • Proven ability to develop self directed work plans, provide core‑skill training to peers, and drive collaborative problem‑resolution.
  • Strong command of the MS Office suite and database applications for data entry, report development, and reporting efforts.
  • Customer service representative for a maintenance/service department or organization.
Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
