Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work with delivery drivers to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient delivery of customer orders.
• Inspect deliveries prior to load to ensure accuracy and no damage.
• Assist with loading/unloading merchandise using material handling equipment as needed.
• Make customer calls before and during delivery.
• Interface with customers regarding orders, provide proof of delivery, and resolve basic service issues.
