Job summary

Best Buy in Asheville, NC is seeking a Delivery Support Associate to join our holiday team. You’ll accompany Agents to customers’ homes to assist with delivery, installation, repair and haul-away of electronics, and support integration and networking as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift 350 pounds individually or 700 pounds with a team using support tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance installation
• Help ensure installed appliances are damage‑free, accurately installed and fully functioning
• Provide a seamless client experience by advising on product placement and recommendations
• Work independently or as part of a two‑person team
• Manage inventory and vehicle maintenance in partnership with other Agents
• Process paperwork and payments
